As of now this seems to be working, I have read that this may need to be repeated eventually due to some corruption but that is beyond my technical expertise. I can't be certain but I did select "generic postscript printer" as opposed to using software for the drivers, (I don't remember doing this step previously and cant be sure what the default setting is, but that was my selection).
